I'm Pallavi Misra — a marketing and communications leader with two decades of experience across APAC. I've worked across enterprise technology, digital infrastructure, and B2B environments where products are complex, sales cycles are long, and messaging often doesn't land the way it should.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and commercial alignment. What that means in practice: I translate complex offerings into clear market narratives. I align marketing with how buyers actually evaluate and decide. I connect brand, content, and demand into one coherent system.

I don't operate as an external vendor. I step in as a senior, embedded partner who helps teams think better, move faster, and execute with clarity.

I've worked with and within some of the most complex B2B organisations in the region — from enterprise tech giants to fast-moving startups — and the challenge is almost always the same: not a lack of effort, but a lack of alignment.

Why Mozaic?

A mosaic is a beautiful paradox — it's made of many distinct, individual pieces, yet it tells one clear story. Take any single tile out of context and it means very little. But arrange them with intention, and you get something extraordinary.

That's exactly how I think about marketing. Digital, social, content, PR, events, offline — these are all tiles. Most companies have them. What they're missing is the picture they're supposed to form together.

My job is to design that picture — and then make sure every tile is in the right place, facing the right way, contributing to the whole.

And because I can work across all of these disciplines, I can do something else that's just as valuable: I can diagnose. I can see which tile is missing, which one's cracked, and which ones are beautiful but pointing in entirely the wrong direction.

Clarity before scale

Scaling unclear messaging just amplifies the problem. Get the story right first — then build from there.

Systems over campaigns

One-off campaigns produce one-off results. Real growth comes from building the machinery that runs consistently.

The best thinking happens close to the work, not from a distance. I work alongside teams, not above them.
